How to book - 4 easy steps

STEP 1 : SELECT AN APARTMENT AND CHECK AVAILABILITY
|
|
After deciding on one of our several destinations, you choose one of our attractive apartments. Go to destinations and click on the name of one of the listed apartments to learn more details. That’s how you find a detailed description of the apartment and its location, as well as a calendar to check the availability of the apartment for the time of your trip.

STEP 2 : BOOKING
|
|
If the apartment is available, you can book it directly online. Please fill in all the information requested in the booking form. After you have filled in arrival and departure date, as well as the number of guests, you can calculate the price and then book the apartment. Please remember that the minimum length of your stay has to be 3 nights.

STEP 3. PAYMENT
|
|
To complete your booking, an advance payment of 25% is necessary. You can pay that amount by credit card through our secure server site. Please pay the remaining amount of 75%, as well as the deposit, upon arrival in CASH. Please note: No cash – no check-in!
|

Important note: Your booking will only be fully effective when we receive your credit card details for the 25% advance payment and you have received a confirmation of your booking via e-mail from HIT rental.
We will send you your booking confirmation together with some information concerning arrival and departure and rules within 24 hours after your booking and payment.
Please note that the 25% advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. For fully paid reservations please see our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions section.
